Summary

Requires the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Bureau of Reclamation, to conduct a feasibility study of Federal water and related land resources development in certain areas of south-central Oklahoma. Directs the Secretary, upon completion of such study, to prepare a plan for the development of such resources. Directs the Secretary to prepare and submit to the Congress, within three years of the enactment of this Act, a report containing the results of such study, together with any recommendations.
