A bill to authorize a study for the establishment of the Franklin D. Roosevelt-Warm Springs Living Memorial in Warm Springs, Georgia.

Summary

Requires the Secretary of the Interior to develop a general management plan for the use and development of the property in Warm Springs, Georgia, known as the Little White House built by Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1931, the associated pools and springs, the Roosevelt Warm Springs Institute for Rehabilitation, and the FDR State Park. Requires the Secretary to report to the appropriate congressional committees, not later than one year after enactment of this Act and after consultation with the Secretary of Education and the Governor of Georgia, on the feasibility of further development of such historical area and the establishment of programs for the rehabilitation of the physically disabled within such area. Authorizes appropriations.
