Summary
Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to: (1) reduce the current duty on pharmaceutical grade phospholipids; and (2) grant them, as well as pharmaceutical grade soybean oil, duty-free treatment if pharmaceutical products are granted duty-free status by an agreement negotiated as part of the Uruguay Round of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade which enters into force and effect with respect to the United States.
