To amend title 5, United States Code, to revise the pay structure for the police forces of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing and the United States Mint.

Summary

Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to fix the pay rates for positions on the police forces of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing and the U.S. Mint at specified General Schedule levels starting at GS-7 for entry-level positions. Prohibits any reduction in any pay rate in effect before enactment of this Act by reason of its enactment.
