Directs the Secretary of the Interior, at the request of Public Utility District No. 1 of Douglas County, Washington, to convey to the Utility District eight parcels of public land that are located entirely or partially within the boundaries of the Wells Hydroelectric Project of the Utility District and that are administered by the Secretary through the Bureau of Land Management (BLM).
