Summary
Designates national wildlife refuge lands known as North Cudjoe Key in Florida as part of the Florida Keys Wilderness. Removes from the Florida Keys Wilderness national wildlife refuge lands known as Raccoon Key in Florida. Requires that notice of Federal acquisition of any lands on Raccoon Key be published in the Federal Register and sent to the appropriate congressional committees. Requires that all lands on Raccoon Key acquired by the United States after enactment of this Act be incorporated in the Great White Heron National Wildlife Refuge and the Florida Keys Wilderness.
