Southern California Drug Task Force Act of 1988 - Requires specified increases in the number of full-time personnel positions in each of the following Federal entities located within the Los Angeles, California, area in order to augment the Federal anti-drug effort and to assist State and local law enforcement authorities in the war on drugs: (1) the Coast Guard; (2) the Customs Service; (3) the Immigration and Naturalization Service; (4) the Drug Enforcement Administration; (5) the Office of the U.S. Attorney; (6) the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms; (7) the Federal Bureau of Investigation; and (8) the U.S. Marshals Service.
