Summary
Provides that courts-marital of the militia of the District of Columbia shall be constituted like similar courts of the Army and Air Force. States that a person with respect to whom a summary court maritial of the District of Columbia militia has jurisdiction may be brought to trial before such court maritial without his consent if he has been permitted and elected to refuse punishment authorized by title X of the United States Code.
