Summary
Integrates the West Potter Water Project District, Potter County, South Dakota, into the Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin Program. Requires such unit to be integrated physically and financially with other Federal works under the Flood Control Act of 1944. Makes Pick-Sloan Missouri Basin Program power available to the West Potter Unit. States that the suballocated costs assigned to such unit shall be reimbursed by the water users as determined by the Secretary of the Interior.
