Summary
Requires the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to conduct a survey of the various Federal-State programs of aid to families with dependent children inorder to determine whether the work requirements of such programs are being properly enforced, so as to insure that persons who are subject to those requirements are in fact being required to accept and perform work which is available to them and which they are capable of performing. Directs the Secretary to report to the Congress within 60 days after enactment on the results of his survey.
