Summary
Directs the President, during the period beginning on the date of enactment of this Act and ending on June 30, 1975, to provide for the evacation from Cambodia of any Cambodian citizen who requests such evacuation because he belives his life would be indangered if the Khmer Rouge assume power in Cambodia. Stipulates that no military action may be taken by the United States in carrying out this Act.
