Summary

Amends the Controlled Substances Act to establish a mandatory, minimum three-year prison sentence for distributing a controlled substance on or adjacent to public or private elementary or secondary school property. Increases any special parole term granted to such offenders. Increases the minimum prison sentence for such offense to eight years for persons with prior drug convictions.
