Summary
Title I: General Accounting Office Investigation and Report - Directs the General Accounting Office to investigate and report to the House and the Senate concerning the conditions of Nicaraguans: (1) displaced in Central America; (2) returned to Nicaragua from the United States; and (3) living illegally in the United States. Title II: Congressional Review - Requires: (1) such report to be referred to the appropriate House and Senate committees; and (2) each committee to hold hearings and issue a report. Title III: Temporary Stay of Deportation - Provides for a temporary stay of deportation for specified categories of Nicaraguan deportations.
