Summary
Congressional Accountability Act of 1992 - Makes the following laws applicable to and enforceable against the Congress to the same extent as they apply to and are enforceable against the executive branch: (1) Social Security Act; (2) National Labor Relations Act; (3) Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938; (4) Equal Pay Act of 1963; (5) Civil Rights Act of 1964; (6) Freedom of Information Act; (7) Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967; (8) Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970; (9) Equal Employment Opportunity Act of 1972; (10) Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; (11) Rehabilitation Act of 1973; (12) Privacy Act of 1974; (13) Age Discrimination Act of 1975; (14) Ethics in Government Act of 1978; (15) Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987; and (16) Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
