Summary

Resolution Trust Corporation Asset Disposition Act - Amends the Federal Home Loan Bank Act to mandate compliance by the Resolution Trust Corporation with prescribed property inventory requirements with respect to the identification and preservation of properties with natural, cultural, recreational, or scientific values of special significance (including environmentally sensitive land, wetlands, prime farmland, historic places, and properties protected under Federal law and Executive orders). Provides for transfer of such properties to Federal or State agencies that qualify as land stewards.
