Summary
Provides that the report to the President by the Commission on Executive, Legislative and Judicial Salaries shall be expanded to include a review of the rates of pay of the Governor of the Board of Governors of the United States Postal Service. Extends the date for submission of this report to such date as the President may designate, but not later than July 1 following the fiscal year in which the Commission's review is conducted. Requires the President to transmit to Congress by July 15 his recommendations as to the exact pay rate he deems advisable for the offices and positions under this Act. (Amends 2 U.S.C. 351-361)
