Summary

Fully Free Press Act - Provides, under the Communications Act of 1934, that nothing in such Act shall be understood or construed to require that broadcasting time be set aside for any purpose or purposes or to any person or persons, or to grant to the Federal Communications Commission jurisdiction over the content of any matter broadcast. Provides that nothing in such Act shall be understood or construed to grant to the Commission the power to require any licensee to develop programming specifically designed to provide balance to points of view previously broadcast or to require any licensee to make broadcast time available to spokesmen for contrasting views on controversial issues of public importance presented on his station.
