Summary
Fair Federal Firearms Licensing Act This bill amends the federal criminal code to require a licensed gun dealer to liquidate the firearms inventory of a business by the end of the 60-day period following the expiration, surrender, or revocation of a federal firearms license. It defines the term "willfully" with respect to violations of certain federal firearms laws, regulations, or requirements.
