Summary
Social Security Protection Act of 1994 - Amends the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990 and the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 (Gramm-Rudman-Hollings Act) to declare that no expenses of administering the old-age, survivors, and disability insurance (OASDI) programs shall be subject to sequestration, or reduction under sequestration, under the latter Act. Declares that no amendment made by this Act shall cause any adjustment to any discretionary spending limit.
