Summary
Grants the consent and approval of Congress to an agreement between the States of Illinois and Iowa relating to the establishment by their political subdivisions of a regional air pollution control board organized to develop a comprehensive plan for the control of air pollution, to adopt rules and regulations consistent with the purposes of such plan, and to issue orders and institute legal proceedings to compel compliance with any order or determination made by the Board.
