Summary
Amends the Public Buildings Act of 1959 to apply leasing requirements to any lease of space by a Federal agency in the same manner and to the same extent as if such space were being leased by the Administrator of General Services, except that certain required functions of the Administrator concerning such leasing shall be carried out by the Federal agency.
