Drug Abuse Education Amendments - Authorizes the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare to make grants to State and local educational agencies and public or nonprofit private agencies and public or nonprofit private education or research entities to support research, demonstration, and pilot projects designed to educate the public on problems related to drug, alcohol, and tobacco abuse.
