Summary

Klamath Project Water Supply Enhancement Act - Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Bureau of Reclamation, to conduct feasibility studies of the following proposals related to the Klamath Project, a Federal reclamation project in Oregon and California: (1) increasing the storage capacity and or the yield (or both) of Project facilities, including the Gerber reservoir, Upper Klamath Lake, and Clear Lake; and (2) the potential for development of additional Klamath Basin groundwater supplies, including the effect of such groundwater development on groundwater and surface water supplies. Requires the Secretary, upon completion of such studies, to carry out projects to construct modifications to existing facilities and develop groundwater supplies to implement such proposals.
