Summary

Prohibits the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) from taking any action which results in lowering (below a specified number of feet above mean sea level) of the level of water in Fontana Lake, Lake Hiwassee, or Santeetlah Lake, all located in North Carolina, except when necessary in emergency situations to protect the public health and safety.
