Authorizes the President to present a gold medal posthumously to Jim Henson in recognition of his contributions to the education and entertainment of children. Authorizes appropriations. Authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to strike and sell bronze duplicates of such medal at a price sufficient to cover the cost of such duplicates and the gold medal.
