Summary
Amends the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974 to stipulate that whenever a retired employee who is receiving a larger annuity under such Act than would be payable to the spouse of such employee, the amount payable to the surviving spouse of such an individual shall be the same amount which would have been payable to the retired employee but for his or her death.
