Summary

Authorizes the Directors of the National Park Service (NPS) and the Bureau of Mines to enter into: (1) a cooperative management agreement to manage recreational uses in the Lake Meredith National Recreational Area, Texas; and (2) a cooperative interagency agreement to manage various recreational uses in accordance with an approved management plan. Directs that the latter agreement specify types and locations of acceptable public recreation uses. Directs the NPS to prepare a management plan to direct public recreational use and facility development within such Area. Authorizes appropriations.
