Summary
Excludes from the Conboy Lake National Wildlife Refuge, Washington, land acquired by the United States by condemnation for which the owner or owners from whom such property was acquired have paid to the Secretary of the Interior the amount, if any, of the compensation received from the United States for such property. Permits the Secretary, after the enactment of this Act, to acquire real property for addition to such Refuge only by land exchange to make the properties within such refuge contiguous.
