Summary
Homestead National Monument of America Additions Act - Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire, from willing sellers or by donation, certain parcels of property for inclusion in the Homestead National Monument of America, Gage County, Nebraska. Places a five-year term limit on property acquired by purchase. Authorizes appropriations. Authorizes the Secretary to enter into cooperative agreements with the State of Nebraska, Gage County, local governmental units, and individuals for operation, maintenance, interpretation, recreation, and other purposes related to the proposed Homestead Heritage Highway to be located in the vicinity of the Monument.
