Summary
Establishes maximum criminal penalties of ten years imprisonment and/or a $10,000 fine for whoever willfully or maliciously: (1) destroys any of the property of a nuclear utilization or production facility (whether constructed or in the process of construction) which is operated, controlled, or licensed by the United States; (2) interferes with the working of any such facility; or (3) obstructs the production, utilization, or transmission of energy from such facility.
