Summary

Anti-Pornography Strikeforce Act - Requires the Attorney General to: (1) direct the Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section of the Criminal Division of the Department of Justice to prosecute all violations of specified anti-pornography laws to the fullest extent possible, focusing on the proliferation of child pornography and the electronic transmission of obscene materials; (2) expand the number of prosecutors in such Section to 15 full-time positions and include necessary support personnel; and (3) allocate the necessary resources and manpower within the Federal Bureau of Investigation to assist in the investigation of such violations.
