Summary
Prohibits the United States from terminating its membership in or otherwise suspending its participation in and contributions to the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization unless such action is: (1) required by a specified section of the Department of State Authorization Act, fiscal years 1984 and 1985 relating to suspension of U.S. participation in the United Nations if Israel is illegally expelled; (2) required by a specified section of the Department of State Authorization Act, fiscal years 1982 and 1983 relating to the imposition of restrictions by the Organization on freedom of the press and the free flow of information; or (3) specifically authorized by law.
