Summary
Amends the Flood Control Act of 1948 to increase the maximum allotments allowed for single, small, flood-control projects. Increases the amount from $2,000,000 to $3,000,000 for projects at single localities and from $3,000,000 to $4,000,000 for single projects which protect areas that have been declared major disaster areas.
