Summary

Requires any person who makes copies of a Government publication and offers those copies for sale to include on each copy a conspicuous notice of whether such publication is available from the Government, and if so, where it is available and at what price. Declares that the United States shall be deemed to have copyright protection against any person violating this Act with respect to each copy of such a publication.
