Summary
Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to release the reversionary interest of the United States in a specified tract of land in Sumter County, South Carolina, that: (1) requires that it be used for public purposes; and (2) is contained in the deed conveying such land from the United States to the South Carolina State Commission of Forestry. Directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey to the Commission all of the undivided mineral interests of the United States in that land in exchange for mineral rights of equal value held by the State of South Carolina in other specified parcels. Directs the State of South Carolina, as consideration for the release of such reversionary interest, to transfer to the United States a vested future interest, similar to the restriction described above, in another specified tract of land.
