Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of State to restrict the travel of United States citizens to a foreign country or area at war, or in armed hostilities, or engaged in armed conflict with the United States or when the national interest would be seriously impaired; and sets forth a penalty of 5 years imprisonment or a fine not exceeding $5,000 or both for violation of these travel restrictions.
