Summary
Amends the Solid Waste Disposal Act to permit any State to regulate the transportation of solid waste into that State for purposes of storage or disposal there. Permits such State to discriminate in any manner (including the amount of tax, fee, or charge on such importation, storage, or disposal) against solid waste which is imported from any other State. Provides that this Act shall not apply to waste listed or identified under hazardous waste management provisions of such Act.
