Requesting Emergency Services and Providing Origination Notification Systems Everywhere Act of 2016 or the RESPONSE Act of 2016 This bill requires the Federal Communications Commission to adopt rules to ensure that call location information is conveyed with 9-1-1 calls, including calls from multi-line telephone systems, regardless of the technological platform used.
