Summary
Subsidy Termination for Overdue Payments Act of 1994 - Prohibits any Federal agency or instrumentality from providing financial assistance to an applicant unless the applicant certifies that he or she is not more than 60 days delinquent in the payment of any child support obligation imposed by a court or an order of a State administrative process, or if so delinquent, is in compliance with a plan or agreement with the person to whom the payment is to be made, or with a State providing support collection services to that person. Requires each Federal agency or instrumentality providing financial assistance to prescribe regulations to comply with this Act.
