Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Amendments of 2000 - Amends the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act to provide that the venue restrictions controlling legal actions brought by debt collectors for a consumer debt do not apply to any judgment enforcement proceeding in a court of competent jurisdiction (thus making judgments enforceable in any such court).
