Summary

Annual Banking Fee Survey Extension Act - States that the Federal Reports Elimination and Sunset Act of 1995, terminating regular, periodic reports to Congress, does not terminate the statutory mandate to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System to submit to Congress an annual survey of bank fees and services pursuant to the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989. Amends the Riegle-Neal Interstate Banking and Branching Efficiency Act of 1994 to repeal the termination date for such annual survey (thus making it a permanent requirement). Amends the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989 to include credit unions and credit card fees within its mandatory survey of bank fees and services.
