Designates the following lands in the State of Florida as components of the National Wilderness Preservation System, and subjects them to administration by the Secretary of Agriculture: (1) the Alexander Springs Wilderness, the Juniper Prairie Wilderness, and the Little Lake George Wilderness, all in the Ocala National Forest; (2) the Big Gum Swamp Wilderness in the Osceola National Forest; and (3) the Mud Swamp/New River Wilderness and the Sopchappy River portion of the Bradwell Bay Wilderness, both in the Apalachicola National Forest.
