Defending Ukraine's Territorial Integrity Act This bill bars using federal funds to assist any government that the Department of State determines has (1) recognized the independence of or established diplomatic relations with any region in Ukraine occupied by Russia or Russian-backed separatists, or (2) taken affirmative steps to support Russia's annexation of any Ukrainian territory.
