Summary
Amends Title XX (Grants to States for Services) of the Social Security Act to direct the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to provide for the continuing inspection of State inspection and enforcement programs with respect to facilities receiving payments under Titles XVIII (Medicare) and XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act. Authorizes the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to employ not fewer than 50 persons as inspectors to carry out such functions.
