Federal Railroad Safety Authorization Act - Authorizes additional appropriations for the purposes of carrying out the Federal Railroad Safety Act and the Hazardous Materials Transportation Act. Authorizes for the Federal Railroad Safety Act an amount not to exceed $35,000,000 for fiscal year 1976 and for the Hazardous Materials Transportation Act an amount not to exceed $7,000,000 for fiscal year 1976.
