Summary

Export Development Administration Act of 1992 - Directs the President to develop an export development plan which will increase the competitiveness of U.S. businesses abroad. Establishes the Export Development Administration as a Federal agency with responsibility, among other things, for implementation of the export development plan. Requires the Administration to study and report to the Congress on the feasibility of integrating some or all of the export promotion activities of Federal agencies. Amends the Federal Triangle Development Act to substitute the Export Development Administration for the International Cultural and Trade Center Commission. Terminates the International Cultural and Trade Center Commission.
