Summary
District of Columiba Judicial Retirement Reform Act of 1984 - Amends the District of Columbia Code to provide that a retired judge who has been designated a senior judge may be appointed by the chief judge to perform such judicial duties as such senior judge is willing and able to undertake. Sets forth the procedure for designating a retired judge as a senior judge by the District of Columbia Commission on Judicial Disabilities and Tenure. Provides for retirement benefits for the executive officer of the District of Columbia Courts.
