Joliet Park District Enhancement Act of 2000 - Authorizes the Secretary of the Army to convey the parcel of real property located at 622 Railroad Street in Joliet, Illinois, together with any improvements, to the Joliet Park District for public ownership and use as the site of its headquarters.
