Directs the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to sell all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the real property known as Pershing Hall, located in Paris, France, with the condition that its facade be preserved in perpetuity. Abolishes the Pershing Hall Revolving Fund. Transfers the corpus of the Fund to the general fund of the Treasury and ascribes it to activities of the Department of Veterans Affairs.
