Funeral and Remains Transportation and Living Expense Benefits Act of 1989 - Authorizes the Administrator (effective March 1989, Secretary) of Veterans Affairs to provide for the recovery, care, and disposition of the remains of any veteran who was awarded a Medal of Honor. Outlines the burial-related expenses the Administrator is authorized to provide.
